Ask for a refund from your place page or by replying to your receipt, and we send the full amount back to the card you paid with. Your place goes to the next person in line.

Questions

What am I paying for?

A numbered place in the batch, registered to your name and email. It is not a deposit on the device and not a voucher. When the device is ready to be bought, we ask you first.

Can I get my money back?

Yes, in full, at any time. Request a refund on your place page or by replying to your receipt. An admin approves it, and the amount goes back to the card you paid with.

When does it ship?

The expected ship date is shown above and on your place page. If it changes, we tell you by email.

Which countries can order?

The countries we can sell to are listed at checkout. If yours is not there yet, join the waitlist and we write when it opens.

What happens after I pay?

You get a receipt by email with your place number and a link to your place page. Keep it: the link is your key to the order and to the refund form.
